We have looked at various open source code renew tools. Most of them do support a very basic review workflow but unfortunately this is not good enough for any active use. Right now we are looking at SmartBear’s CodeCollaborator. It is not free but it’s affordable and powerful enough to do the job. Most likely, we will go with CodeCollaborator.
